AudioBug records audio events. Place the device near a sound source and start recording. Whenever audio is detected it starts recording and records while audio is present.
The closer the device to the source the better the results. Use this if you want to record yourself sleeping (snoring, sleep talking, teeth grinding, etc.) or whatever else you can think of.
You can also play the files you have recorded which have the date and time of the when the recording started and how many events were detected during that session.
AudioBug only records when audio happens.
Caution - Be careful of sound sources you don't want to record. TV's, fans and other things can degrade your results.
In order to play the files on a computer you must use a free program like Audacity to import the file as raw data using the following settings; signed 16 bit PCM, big-endian, mono, sample rate 8000.
